This is the first of many posts from us at Stockholm Fintech Hub. Make sure you bookmark us (and please share it with your colleagues) to get all sorts of insights and opinions.
The posts will be divided into four categories:
- Hub news: The latest developments from our embryonic hub, where banks, regulators, established companies and brand new startups get to share ideas and even office space.
- Fintech news: The big stories from the wider world of financial technology and start-up culture. We’d love to include our members as much as possible, to get their side of the story, so we will contact you for a quote before long.
- Startup write up: This is all about our startup members so drop us a line if you’d like to be featured. We’ll send you some questions by email or set up a time to meet face to face.
- Partner news: Our partners and supporters are investing time and money to support the creation of a hub for the burgeoning fintech community in Stockholm and we’d like to offer them a space to share their news with our members.
Stockholm Fintech Hub memberships
We are here to foster collaboration as the gateway to innovation between all actors in the Swedish fintech ecosystem. We believe that banks, regulators, established companies, startups, investors, institutions and enthusiasts can all learn from each other and together drive the evolution of fintech.
Membership to Stockholm Fintech Hub is free for startups
Stockholm Fintech Hub was founded to help and support fintech startups. Our hub is the centre of gravity for fintech in Sweden, where Banks, Startups, Regulators and Investors come together. We have assembled a set of tools, relationships, and education specialized just for you as a fintech.
We have a limited number of working spaces available
We’ve got some great startups here and some large banks moving in soon. Stockholm Fintech Hub is located within the Stockholm Central Station, on the first floor above the station itself, so our members have easy access to everywhere in Stockholm (and indeed Sweden). Watch this short video to see the space and get in touch if you’d like to have a look around:
All our members enjoy reciprocal rights to the Danish, Norwegian and Finnish fintech hubs, as well as around the world, via the Global Fintech Hubs Federation.
